We work closely with clients to design spaces that support native wildlife and invite people to engage with the natural world just outside their door. It’s about creating shared habitat—gardens that provide refuge, food, and movement corridors for the creatures we live alongside.
Whether you're starting from scratch or reimagining an existing space, or already have a plan, Backyard Habitat Project brings an expert, ecology-first approach to help you grow something that matters.
Whether you prefer a complete quote upfront or a gradual approach to building your ideal garden, we are here to work with you.
Garden Design & Installation
Our signature ponds are designed to look like they’ve always been there—tucked into the landscape, framed with sandstone, and planted with native aquatic species that provide vital habitat for frogs, birds, insects and more.
Taking cues from nature, our ponds are full of life. You’ll hear the gentle trickle of water, spot birds having a splash, and watch dragonflies dancing across the surface. It’s the kind of feature that draws you in—and keeps the wildlife coming back.
Whether you’ve got a small space or a larger garden, we can shape something that feels right for your space.
Ponds typically start from $3000, including installation.
